Curved Handrails

A speciality here at The Woodworks is the production of curved handrail for fitting to curved stairs with steel or wrought iron balustrades. Even the most challenging handrails can be created using techniques we developed ourselves.

We also make volutes, wreaths, swannecks, goosenecks, ramps, easings as well as a variety of turned newel posts and balusters. All can be made for export worldwide.

Simon Hassett has years of practical experience in designing and making staircases of all types and styles - straight, curved, dogleg, cut string, spiral, Georgian, contemporary etc.
